Has Group; It is a group of companies that has developed since our chairman of the board, Mr. Ali KILIÇ, started his business life in the 80s.  

A group of companies that has qualified its production from tobacco to food, from tourism and hotel management to construction, with the employment it has created.

 

History and Founding

Mr. KILIÇ, who continued his business life for many years, founded our first subsidiary, Gap Çay Gıda Sanayi Ltd Şti, in 1998, and then established Ali KILIÇ Gayrimenkul Ltd Şti, where he started residential and residential construction activities in 2005. 

Continuing his successful activities in both the food and construction sectors, Mr. KILIÇ aimed to enter the tobacco sector with his investigative and questioning nature and as a result of his research, he established Has Tütüncülük ve Makaron San Tic Ltd Şti in 2010. Following obtaining the necessary licenses and permits in early 2013, Mr. KILIÇ entered the sector with cigarette tubes and cutted tobacco(RYO). In 2018, he entered the Tourism and Hotel Management sector and included the 4-star Sedef Hotel into his group of companies. 

Our entire group of companies is managed and managed by senior managers who are known for their many years of experience and provide services within the framework of corporate identity with professional management staff and expert engineers and experts.

HAS Group is the first and only organization with the widest range operating in the tobacco industry. In this sector; It operates in the production of cigarette tubes, cigarette paper, cutted (roll your own) tobacco, processed tobacco, hookah tobacco and cigarettes.
